Miscellaneous tasks

1. Met with the friendly & helpful village historian at the town hall to learn the history of our house

2. Signed the final deed of sale at the notaire’s office in the village and got our keys!

3. Called the water company to “open the water”

4. Negotiated a new reservation at our airbnb so we can stay longer

5. We sourced a gorgeous antique mahogany kitchen buffet

6. We scheduled a day to pick up our oven in Paris

7. We sent the local dump our application and our attestation de achat (deed of sale) so they are sending us a card in the mail, good for getting rid of all of our old rubble and wallpaper etc.
